A conference that brought together high school students and universities located in the MUHA commune, young entrepreneurs, artists and leaders of young people from different religious denominations of this same municipality was held on Saturday 19th of October 2019.
The theme was : “Servant Leadership”
Dr. Emmanuel NDIKUMANA, founder of Partners Trust International ( PTI), in his presentation spoke about “the need for service leadership in Burundi”, emphasizing that “All good leaders in the world have always been at the service of others and worked for a common interest “.
As for me, in my presentation, “How to be a servant leader?”, I said that each person is unique and has the ability to positively influence those around them and bring about change in the world.
During this conference, several young people have committed themselves to participate in the trainings that New Generation organizes regarding the same topic.
